A blend of Peruvian and Dominican cacao beans, this rich and complex bar features notes of fruity pipe tobacco in the aroma, and bright red fruit and chocolatey baked brownie in the flavour.  This certified organic dark chocolate bar is gluten and dairy free, suitable for vegetarians with 100% Fair Trade ingredients.

Equal Exchange chocolates are crafted using only the purest ingredients, grown with care by small-scale farmer co-ops.  They source from these organisations because they believe they are the heart and soul of the Fair Trade movement.  Working with small-scale farmer co-operatives that cultivate this cacao using organic and environmentally sustainable methods

The cacao for this delicious bar is sourced from CONACADO Co-op in the Dominican Republic and CACVRA in Peru.
